Gambling involves financial risk. Always play within your means. These tools are built into the platform — not hidden in settings.

Our Commitment to Responsible Play

At ko222, responsible gambling is not a legal footnote or an afterthought placed at the bottom of a page. It is a structural commitment embedded in the way the Platform is designed, the tools we provide and the policies we enforce.

We understand that for the vast majority of players in Pakistan — whether they are following a Pakistan cricket match, watching a PSL T20 game from Lahore, or browsing live casino titles from Karachi — gambling is a recreational activity and nothing more. We want to keep it that way. For the minority of players who may develop problematic habits, we want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

The tools on this page are available to every registered account holder from the account dashboard. You do not need to call anyone, wait for approval, or justify your decision. You simply set the limit and it takes effect.

Important: ko222 does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or approved by any Pakistani government authority. Pakistan has domestic gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are personally responsible for understanding applicable local law. This page is not legal advice.

  • Adults-only access enforced. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory for all account holders. We apply a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling — no exceptions.
  • Player-controlled limits are permanent defaults. Deposit, loss, session time and wagering limits are built into the account — not optional add-ons that need to be switched on.
  • Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the period you select. We do not accept reactivation requests during an active exclusion.
  • Limit reductions take effect immediately. If you reduce a deposit or loss limit, the new lower limit applies at once — not at the end of the current period.
  • Limit increases have a mandatory cooling-off period. To protect players from impulsive decisions, any request to increase a limit is subject to a minimum delay before it takes effect.
  • Support is available 24/7 in English, with Urdu on request. Our responsible gambling support team is accessible around the clock — no business-hours restriction.
  • No marketing to self-excluded or problem-identified players. Accounts flagged with self-exclusion or problem gambling indicators are immediately removed from all marketing lists.

Your Safety Tools

Five controls available directly from your ko222 account dashboard — no phone calls, no waiting periods for reductions.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit into your ko222 account per day, per week, or per month. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. You choose the amount — we enforce it.

Reductions apply immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month in PKR. Once your net losses in the period reach the limit, placing further wagers is blocked until the limit period renews. This is one of the most direct tools for preventing financial harm.

Losses are calculated on settled wagers within the defined period.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration — in minutes or hours — after which you are automatically logged out of the Platform. You will receive a warning before the session ends. Time limits help break the habit of extended unplanned play sessions.

Session time resets on each new login unless a new limit is set.

Cooling-Off Periods

Need a break without permanently closing your account? Apply a cooling-off period — from 24 hours up to several weeks — during which deposits and wagering are suspended. Your account data remains intact. This is a temporary pause, not a permanent closure.

Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled early once applied.

Self-Exclusion

Choose to self-exclude for a defined period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit or wager. Your account is suspended. All marketing is stopped. Re-registration during an active exclusion is also blocked.

Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.

24/7 Support

Our responsible gambling support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. Whether you need help setting a limit, applying self-exclusion, or simply want to talk through concerns, the team is always available. Urdu support is available on request.

Adults Only — No Exceptions

ko222 operates a strict adults-only policy. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an account, make a deposit or place any wager on the Platform.

Age verification is a mandatory step in our KYC process. Every account must pass identity verification before full account functionality — including deposits and wagering — is unlocked. We do not grant exceptions to this requirement, regardless of circumstances.

Important Legal Notice

Being 18 years old does not automatically make online gambling lawful in all provinces or regions of Pakistan. Pakistan has domestic gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of remote gaming depends on the applicable law and the jurisdiction of the operator's licence. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are personally responsible for understanding local law before participating. This is not legal advice.

How We Verify Age & Prevent Underage Access

CNIC & Passport Verification

All account holders must submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or valid passport. Date of birth is cross-checked against the declared date during registration.

Liveness Check

A selfie or liveness photograph is required to confirm that the account holder matches the identity document submitted. This prevents third-party registration on behalf of minors.

Minor Access Response

If a minor's account is identified at any stage, it is closed immediately. All associated funds — including any winnings — are handled per our minor-access policy. The incident is logged and reviewed.

Parental Controls Guidance

Adults sharing devices with children are strongly encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. Keep your login credentials private at all times.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling does not always look dramatic. It often develops gradually — a habit that slowly grows beyond what was intended. Recognising the signs early — in yourself or someone you know — makes it far easier to intervene before real harm is done.

The list below covers common warning signs. No single item is definitive on its own, but a pattern of several signs together is worth taking seriously.

If any of these apply to you right now, please consider using the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools available in your ko222 account dashboard, or contact our support team at [email protected].

Read Our FAQ

Placing additional bets specifically to recover money lost in previous sessions — often with larger stakes than planned — is one of the most recognised signs of problem gambling. The logic that a loss "must be recovered" is a cognitive distortion, not a viable strategy.

Using money that was intended for essential expenses — rent, groceries, school fees, utility bills — to fund gambling is a serious warning sign. If gambling is competing with basic financial obligations, it has moved beyond entertainment.

If you have tried to cut down or stop gambling and found it difficult or impossible despite wanting to — or despite negative consequences — that loss of control is a significant warning sign that professional support may be beneficial.

Concealing the amount you gamble, or the money you have lost, from family members or close friends — or feeling shame or guilt about gambling — suggests that the activity has grown beyond comfortable boundaries.

Missing work, neglecting family responsibilities or withdrawing from social activities because of gambling — or because of stress and anxiety related to gambling losses — indicates that gambling is having a material negative impact on daily life.

Borrowing money from family members, friends or financial institutions specifically to fund gambling — or to pay off gambling-related debts — is a serious escalation that usually requires professional intervention to address.

Quick Self-Assessment

Reflecting honestly on the following questions can help you identify whether gambling is staying within a healthy boundary.

Read each question and consider your honest answer. If you find yourself answering "Yes" to several of these, we encourage you to use the tools in your account or contact our support team.

01 Have you ever gambled with money that you could not afford to lose — money set aside for rent, food, bills or family needs?
02 Have you ever returned to gambling to try to win back money that you previously lost (chasing losses)?
03 Have you felt a need to gamble with larger and larger amounts in order to get the same feeling of excitement?
04 Have you ever tried to stop or cut back on gambling and found it difficult, or failed to do so?
05 Have you ever hidden your gambling activity — or the amount of money you have lost — from family members or people close to you?
06 Has gambling ever caused problems with your family, work, studies or personal relationships?
07 Have you ever borrowed money, or sold personal belongings, in order to fund gambling?
08 Do you gamble to escape stress, anxiety, depression or personal difficulties — rather than purely for entertainment?

This self-assessment is for informational purposes only and is not a diagnostic tool or a substitute for professional support. If you are concerned about your gambling habits, please contact our support team or a qualified professional gambling counsellor.
