1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ko222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ko222 online gaming platform accessible at ko222.cam. This includes all services, features, content, betting markets, casino games, account tools and any other functionality offered through the Platform.

By accessing ko222, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered in your name on the ko222 Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR amount held in your Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus funds separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to your Account subject to wagering requirements, as distinct from real-money deposited funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying wagers before it or any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to an Account at the Player's request, preventing deposits and wagering for a specified period.
• "Platform" means the ko222 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ko222.cam.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted by applicable local law.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's license jurisdiction. The Platform is strictly for adults. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement. Age verification checks will be conducted as part of the KYC process. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the required minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is prohibited. Detected duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances forfeited.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

Players from Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ko222 does not represent that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistan has domestic gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and the legal status of remote gaming may vary by region and operator jurisdiction.

3.4 Capacity to Contract

By registering an account you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party, and that the funds you deposit are not the proceeds of crime.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You are required to notify ko222 promptly of any changes to this information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification

ko222 is required to verify the identity and age of account holders as part of its KYC obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid passport (photo/data page).
• Proof of address where required — a recent utility bill, bank statement or official government document dated within the past 90 days, showing your name and address.
• A selfie or liveness photograph alongside an identity document, to confirm the account holder matches the document submitted.
• Proof that the payment method used belongs to the account holder (e.g., a bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot showing your registered name).

4.3 Document Integrity

You must never submit altered, obscured, edited or falsified documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. ko222 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from a failure on your part to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit is PKR 1,000 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. The minimum withdrawal is subject to the applicable withdrawal policy available within your account settings.

5.2 Payment Methods

ko222 references locally familiar payment options, which may include mobile wallet services and bank transfer methods commonly used in Pakistan. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned as contextual references only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with the Platform. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) may also be supported subject to applicable terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals of real-money funds are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal policy in force at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ko222 account.
• Bonus funds and any wagering requirements attached to them must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ko222 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified threshold amounts as part of its AML obligations.

5.4 Refused or Delayed Transactions

ko222 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or delay a deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money-laundering, identity impersonation or other prohibited activity. In such cases, the Platform may freeze the account pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Offer Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible new and returning account holders as specified in each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available once per player. Multiple account holders are not eligible for duplicate bonus claims.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") which must be satisfied before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, minimum eligible odds, qualifying game categories, and expiry period are stated in the specific offer terms accompanying each promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ko222 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome (arbitrage), exploiting errors or glitches in offer terms, and any form of coordinated abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, ko222 reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the implicated account(s) without prior notice.

6.4 Offer Modification

ko222 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice. Completed wagers that already count towards a wagering requirement will not be retroactively disqualified unless the wager itself violated these Terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific sport or game rules applicable to each market, as displayed at the point of wagering. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

7.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious odds errors, system glitches or incorrect market descriptions — ko222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on the erroneous market, regardless of whether the bet was settled in the player's favour. ko222 will make reasonable efforts to correct errors promptly and notify affected players.

7.3 Disconnections

ko222 is not liable for losses suffered as a result of network disconnections, device failures or internet service disruptions. Where a live game or live betting event is disrupted mid-session, the Platform will apply the applicable disconnection policy for the relevant game or market.

7.4 Final Decisions

All decisions taken by ko222 regarding bet settlement, game outcomes and dispute resolution are final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 12 of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering an account if you are under the minimum required age.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place or manage wagers without prior written consent.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider-information wagering or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct financial fraud of any kind.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for personal gain without immediate disclosure to ko222.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a chargeback or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings from funds that were deposited.

9. Responsible Gambling

ko222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following player-controlled tools are available directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR to control how much real money enters your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month. Once reached, further wagers are declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. During self-exclusion, no deposits or wagers are accepted. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ko222 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, databases and trademarks — is the property of ko222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, sell or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ko222. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

12. Player Rights & Complaints

12.1 Your Rights

As a registered player on ko222, you have the right to:

• Access a complete transaction history for your account at any time.
• Request a copy of the personal data held about you by the Platform.
• Request corrections to inaccurate personal data on your account.
• Request closure of your account at any time, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances.
• Use the formal complaints procedure to challenge a bet settlement decision, account restriction or other Platform action that you believe was incorrectly applied.

12.2 Complaints Procedure

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ko222 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or losses arising from network or service outages.

ko222's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Legal Context & Jurisdiction

Pakistan has domestic gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gaming activity in Pakistan can depend on the applicable law, the jurisdiction of the operator's license, and the specific nature of the activity in question. ko222 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government, or any Pakistani financial institution. Players in cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are personally responsible for understanding the gambling laws applicable in their location before participating.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory local law provides otherwise.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ko222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
